How long does delivery take?
In stock Orders will be shipped within 2 days of your order being processed. The time from processing to delivery is approximately 5 business days.
Shipping times vary depending on the complexity of any customizations you might order. All of our items are made to order and making will begin on the day your order is processed, not ordered. Please allow at least 6 weeks for delivery.
If you need your item(s) sooner, you can request a Rush order, however we cannot guarantee that we can accommodate all rush orders. You will be notified with 5 business of your order if we can meet your deadline. There is an additional fee for this service.
Please note: Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.
At this time we only ship in the United States and West Africa.
How do I return an item?
We sincerely hope you enjoy your Afrikana Creations item, but we understand that sometimes customers change their minds. Please read our newly updated policies below before placing your order to ensure there are no surprises with processing any changes, cancellations, or returns.
Changes and Cancellations
If you need to make a change to a confirmed order, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours from receipt of your order confirmation email.
You can reach us at support@AfrikanaCreations.com. In some cases, we may need to cancel your original order and place a new one.
If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. That’s why Afrikana Creations offers you a hassle-free exchange policy.
We gladly accept exchanges of unworn and unaltered merchandise within 5 days from the date of order delivery (as recorded by the shipping provider).
- Refunds at Afrikana Creations are processed as a store credit – this is store credit for the following: the item purchase price, any relevant customization fee, and the shipping fee associated with the returned item(s).
- There will be a 50% customization fee deducted from your refund (store credit) if your order was custom ordered and not in stock.
- All sale items are final sale and may not be returned for a refund or store credit.
Please note that any item to be returned must be in new, unused and resalable condition, with the DO NOT REMOVE and Branding label tag still attached in the same place as originally sent.
What if the item is faulty?
We stand behind our product! If for some reason, you feel as though the item is faulty, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with 3-4 large well lit photos of the item, along with your order number and we will contact you with any next steps.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes! You are able to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at email@example.com with your cancellation request and order number.
What is store credit Coupon and how do I use my store credit Coupon?
A Store Credit Coupon is a dollar amount that is available for you to use towards a future purchase through www.afrikanacreations.com. It is generally generated from returning a garment. Please note that you can use the store credit coupon at checkout and the entire value of the store credit coupon has to be utilized in a single purchase. The store credit coupon cannot be exchanged for cash and has a validity period associated with it.
